CUNY-IIE invites education faculty to participate in its Faculty Fellows Program during the Spring 2026 semester, which is focused on redesigning existing syllabi with a focus on immigration and education.
This program equips tenured and tenure-track faculty from any institution of higher education in New York State––specifically those within schools of education who teach in-service or pre-service educators––with resources and scholarship that can support them in teaching about the intersections between immigration and education in their classes.
Program Highlights:
Interactive Workshops: Engage in four monthly sessions during Spring 2026, focused on integrating immigration issues into your teaching.
Collaborative Learning: Participate in optional “soundboarding sessions” to share ideas and resources with peers.
